Right of withdrawal
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to return it without explanation. European consumer regulations require a minimum of 14 days; we give you one more.
If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Write to us with a photo of the problem at hola@nuviapet.es and we will resolve it with a full refund or re-shipment, whichever you prefer. You don't need to return the item or pay anything.
If you simply don't like it
That's also a valid reason. Write to us with your order number and we will provide you with the return address and steps.
In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we indicate otherwise. We tell you this here and not in the fine print at the end.
In what condition should it be returned?
In its original packaging and without signs of use. Trying it is fine; having given it to your dog for two weeks is not.
When will you get your money back?
Within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive the returned item, or from when we confirm the problem in cases of damage or defect. Always by the same payment method you used.
